Gressan - Pila
In the municipality of Gressan is located Pila, a famous ski resort in the Valle d'Aosta. Very easy to reach, it owes part of its success to a fast, fully renovated cable lift that connects it directly with Aosta in 17 minutes. The area is vast: 70 km of slopes and tracks winding from 1800 m up to 2750 m. The good natural snow is completed by a capillary programmed snowmaking system.
Among the most spectacular alpine skiing tracks we remember the Couis 1, the Leissè and the splendid Pista del Bosco, while the walls of the Chamolè are truly breathtaking. Freeriders have at their disposal a new challenging route that starts from Platta de Grevon, at 2700 m, and goes down to Plan De L'Eyve, at 2200 meters.
For children but also for adults in Pila there is the Fun Park Chacard, It offers a 114-meter treadmill that serves two slopes, one dedicated to snowtubing, the other to bobsleds and sleds, and a separate area for little ones.
